Price and shipping conditions for Joyseat
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
We additionally support PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
You will be charged in USD.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in that currency. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate from USD to the currency of your credit or debit card.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
If you are located outside of the European Union or United States, your order will be shipped DAP (Delivery at Place). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with the exception of Russia and Belarus.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes us 24 hours to process it for delivery.

How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out our customer support via email or chat.
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local delivery office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
Price and shipping conditions for other products
We use DHL and UPS to deliver other products to the USA and Canada, and DHL to deliver to the rest of the world.
If you order the Joyseat saddle along with other products, your items may be shipped separately depending on the order size and shipment split.
Shipping for Joyseat follows the pricing listed above. For other products, the following shipping rates apply:
- $25 USD to the USA and Canada by DHL or UPS.
- $35-40 USD to the Rest of the World by DHL.
The VAT is not charged for packages outside of the European Union. However, you may need to pay import taxes, customs, or other taxes and fees once the package reaches the border of your country, depending on the policy of your local customs office.
