Our unique 3S algorithm then adjusts the size, shape, and stiffness of your Joyseat according to your biomechanical parameters, riding style, and other characteristics. We double-check and make adjustments multiple times. The more you tell us about yourself during the configuration, the better we can customise the saddle for you. We are in contact with you even before the actual production. We strive to understand your needs and eliminate any issues that have been bothering you during your rides, whether you are a professional or recreational rider.

Every Joyseat is unique. You can even personalize it with your own inscription or choose the color of the saddle detail. We combine cutting-edge technology with local hand production. The 3D printed saddle padding is printed on industrial 3D printers using MultiJet Fusion technology and the carbon parts are manufactured in our facility in Varnsdorf, North Bohemia. This way, we can create a saddle that fits perfectly and becomes an inseparable companion on your rides. The 3D printed padding made of thermoplastic polyurethane lasts significantly longer than traditional foam saddles. Joyseat has undergone the most demanding endurance tests, with our test riders covering over 30,000 kilometers, without any wear on the saddle. If you want to replace the 3D printed padding after years of use, send it to us, and for a fee, we will print a new Joyseat for you. This way the saddle will stay with you forever.

Proper Adjustment and Adaptation Time

Although most customers fall in love with their Joyseat, it sometimes happens that someone doesn't immediately get along with it. The saddle is a highly individual matter, but often it's just a matter of getting used to the change and properly adjusting the bike and saddle. Make sure you follow the instructions during installation. Also, we strongly recommend visiting a bike fitter to optimize your overall comfort and find a healthy position on your bike.

 
Joyseat is designed to fit like a glove. Even small changes in fore-aft position, incline or saddle height can make a big difference in how you feel in the saddle.

The transition from a regular saddle to a custom one may require some adaptation time. We know cases where riders have immediately and successfully tested Joyseat in races, 200 kilometers long rides, or even in temperatures as low as 15 degrees below zero. However, we recommend starting gradually, preferably at moderate to low intensity, to allow your body to adapt to the changes more easily and quickly. The soft padding in the front area ensures that there is no pressure on the soft tissues and that proper blood flow is maintained. On the other hand, the higher stiffness underneath the sit bones provides the necessary support during longer rides. Although the feeling of Joyseat may be a bit unusual at first, you will soon appreciate the benefits it offers during your rides.

We Respect Your Decision to Return the Saddle Within 60 Days

If it happens that even consultation with us doesn't help and you still feel that it's not the right one for you, you have the right to return Joyseat within 60 days of its delivery. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.

We will contact you and provide instructions on how to send your Joyseat back to our facility. After checking that the saddle is not damaged or otherwise devalued, we will refund your money. From the total price, we will deduct the cost of the Smiling Butt Kit and shipping. The remaining amount will be sent to your bank account or the original payment method.

What will happen to the returned Joyseat? It will likely serve as a test or exhibition saddle, or its 3D printed padding will be recycled to create new material for 3D printing. However, we believe that this fate will not befall your saddle, and your Joyseat will be a lifelong love.
